Hi, I'm Kate. I am a Certified Reiki Master/Teacher and Integrated Music Therapist.

I have been a practitioner in the Metaphysical field for almost 30 years, and I offer online distance healing services for Reiki for both you and your pets, Sound and Music healing utilizing the solfeggio method of healing, and online energy readings via chat or email. I do not do in-person sessions at this time.If you are feeling stressed, anxious, or just looking for a way to relax and rejuvenate, a Reiki healing session may be just what you need. As a certified Reiki practitioner, I am here to guide you through the process and help you tap into your inner energy to promote healing and balance. During a session, we will discuss your intention for the session and I will lead you through a meditation to help you relax and open up to the healing energy of Reiki. I will then channel that energy to help clear any blocks and shift any energy that may be holding you back. Throughout the session, you may experience a range of sensations, from physical sensations in your body to emotional releases and more. Whatever you experience is a natural part of the healing process and is a sign that the energy is working to promote healing and balance. At the end of the session, we will discuss your experience and any messages or insights that may have come through. I will also provide guidance on next steps for after the session to help you continue to integrate the healing energy into your life.
